Evaluate
We do a full system evaluation on the unit when it comes in. Most of the time there is no charge. The only time we charge is for a one-of-a-kind custom unit or an off-brand model that takes additional research.
Disassemble
A full tear down and cleaning. The front panel, main driver board, interface boards, control boards, and wiring harnesses are all included in the rebuild process.
Refurbish
High-probability-of-failure components are replaced from over 50 rebuild-kit components in stock. We even repaint the cases and change every cooling fan.
Load Test
48 hour burn in testing and full system load testing on our test fixtures. Every repair is backed by our 1-year Fair & Honest Warranty.
