Current Promotion:

Free Shipping on all Qualifying Electronic Repairs

During our current promotional period, Rochester Industrial Services, Inc. will pay for shipping from your Location to our facility and back, for all Packages containing electronic equipment to be repaired as defined below.  Please note that all equipment to be shipped must be safely, securely, and appropriately packaged and labeled.

ELIGIBLE:

• Locations are those within the continental United States regularly serviced by UPS
• Packages can be up to 70 lbs (31.5 kg) total weight
• Packages can be up to 165 inches (419 cm) in length and girth combined
• Packages can be up to 108 inches (270 cm) in length

NOT ELIGIBLE:

• Locations outside the continental United States or not regularly serviced by UPS are not eligible
• Packages that weigh more than 70 lbs (31.5 kg) are not eligible
• Oversize packages and packages with a large size-to-weight ratio are not eligible
• This promotion applies to new Repair Orders submitted by or after TODAY, but during the program period.  Completed repairs or repairs in progress are not eligible
• This promotion applies to authorized repairs only.  Items that have to be shipped in for diagnostics or analysis are not eligible unless you decide to go ahead and authorize repairs

LOCAL ADDRESSES:

We may opt to provide our own pick up and drop off services to locations within our local service area (generally within Monroe County, New York)
